Home Builder Program

As a Realtor in addition to being a staging & design stylist I am able to assist with the marketing efforts of the sale of your new construction homes as well as provide design and staging services per request. Part of our marketing plan includes HD pictures & video as well as a 3D Interactive House Tour per floor-plan listed with us.

Our Home Builder program was created for Home Builders looking to build & sell their homes quickly. The program comes at no additional cost to you yet it allows for our staging & design stylist to make design selections on your behalf in order to ensure an on trend & professionally coordinated design.

Our pre-construction selections can be made during the building stage as well as prior. Once the selections are made our staging & design stylist will verify during the building process that selections are correct by confirming deliveries as well as meeting with subcontractors prior to installation to give them the final confirmation of materials which have arrived. During our initial meeting with the subcontractors we will also go over what is expected for finished design.

During the building stage our staging & design stylist will walk the property both inside & out to blue tape anything that may have been missed by the sub-contractors.

Our program also allows for our staging & design stylist to meet with your pre-construction clients and carefully make selections that will suit their design style within the allotted builder/buyer budget.

Once the property has been completed if it has gone under contract our staging & design stylist will meet home buyers to conduct a punch list inspection as your representative. If the property has not already gone under contract our staging & design stylist will stage the listing at no cost to you.
