Selling your home is all about creating the best first and lasting impression. Because of this your staging consultation will include a comprehensive consult of the interior and exterior of your entire home.
We begin with the exterior of a home to ensure your home’s curb appeal status and then address the issues to make the best first impression possible.
To have your home “show ready” for potential buyers, we do a walkthrough on the property and create a list of suggestions on how to maximize your home’s selling potential.
Recommendations are made on what should stay and what should go to make your home look it’s best within the allotted budget. We address things like cosmetic curb appeal, cosmetic home repairs, functional use of a space, depersonalizing, decluttering, furniture and accessory placement, cleaning, paint color selection, and more.
We offer 2 packages:
Verbal Walk & Talk Evaluation - Where we walk the home and address all the issues needing to be corrected. We highly encouraged clients to take notes during this consult for future reference. *Most popular service*
Written Staging Consultation Report - This report serves as a detailed step by step guide you will need to stage the home yourself.
Home Staging (Full & Partial Services)

Depending on what your goals are for your space and the allotted budget we have a Home Staging package for you.
Our Partial Home Staging Services include services for Home Owner's that are living in their home and in the market to sell. By incorporating the best of your existing furnishings we create a plan for your home to showcase it's best selling features while also demonstrating your home in it's most functional setting.
We have a few different Full Service Home Staging Services for Home Owner's in the market to sell a vacant home as well as for Home Owner's wanting to completely redesign a space.
For Home Owner's wanting to sell a vacant home we are able to supply rental furniture and accessories from our warehouse and vendors which are filled with stunning staging collections.
For Home Owner's wanting to finish of a space or completely redesign a space we are able to create a desired atmosphere & organization system in order to make your home and space beautiful & functional. By reorganizing, repurposing, rearranging furniture and accessories to design a warm, inviting and relaxing space to have your house truly feel like a home. We can work with furnishings that you already own and can also provide personal shopping services to add the perfect finishing touches.

Whether it's a new space in your home or your entire home you would like to furnish and accessorize we can help you reach your design goals. During our initial one-on-one Interior Design Consultations, we discuss your goals for your space or home and provide you with a mood board to give you an overall visual of for your new area or home's design.
Color Consults
Rates starting at $100
During our Color Consultants, we will meet with you in the comfort of your home or New Construction Design Center to help you professionally choose the perfect colors for your space. During the 30min-90min consult, we will create a custom desirable color palette that will fit the design aesthetic for your home or space. Our goal is to ensure that all selections flow effortlessly and come together beautifully in the end.
E-Design & Virtual Consults

We help people reach their design goals virtually for those who would love to work with us. With our virtual E-Designs, we provide you with a detailed shopping list with links to furniture & accessories needed to bring your design goals to life. *Rates starting at $250+
Our Virtual Consults are for those who do not need a detailed E-Design/Plan but would like direction on finding solutions to your space and design questions. You will be provided with a typed list of solutions and answers to your design questions.
*Our Virtual E-Designs & Consults are done via email & will require 4-5 photos along with a 360 video of the space. *Rate starting at $100+
